PORT ORCHARD, WA—Port Orchard Football Club has registered for the 2026 Kitsap Great Give. The annual day of giving for nonprofit organizations has become a tradition and an important financial boost for yearly revenue. The club’s page for the event is now live HERE.
The Kitsap Great Give is our community’s annual day to come together for good — and for great. For 24 hours, neighbors, businesses, and friends unite to support the nonprofit organizations that make Kitsap a better place for everyone.
In 2025, the Kitsap Great Give generated $1.45 million from 3,233 donors through 7,467 gifts to support 354 local nonprofit organizations. Since the event began in 2024, this community-wide movement of generosity has invested more than $18.5 million into Kitsap County and surrounding areas.
Presented by the Kitsap Community Foundation, the Kitsap Great Give celebrates generosity, connection, and the belief that when we give together, we grow together.

POFC’s goal for 2026 is to raise $5,000 to cover increased expenses and raise funds to purchase canopies to cover home and away benches at the club’s home matches.
“Our community has been very supportive of us over our first three years,” says POFC Club Coordinator David Falk. “We hope that joining the Kitsap Great Give in 2026 will open up our organization to be seen by more residents in our area. We do need to get our own canopies for match day and we thought this could be a way to start towards that goal.”
Supporters have already started donating to POFC through the page. The build up towards March 10 is underway.
