OLYMPIA, WA— Aaron Lopez (Poulsbo, North Kitsap High School) scored his first ever POFC goal on Monday May 25 against FC Olympia. The marker gave POFC a 1-0 lead in the 25th minute. Goalkeeper Tyler Adams was also a first half standout, but a 1-1 draw at the break eventually ended 4-1 for the home side. FC Olympia thus has a 4-1 goals aggregate lead in the Captain’s Cup with the second leg coming up in Port Orchard on June 7.
POFC debuted their new “Forest Greens” at the rainy Memorial Day match played at the Regional Athletic Complex.
