PORT ORCHARD, WA—The last time we checked in with Sam Gomez he was being announced as the first-ever player for Port Orchard Football Club.
Three months later POFC is an up and running club and Sam is already into his role as a player coach. He expects to see action for the first time in league play on May 21 when Port Orchard hosts Thurston County at 3 PM at South Kitsap High School. We caught up with him at a recent training session.
